Our library is located 1 block north of Casey's in Lancaster.

We have over 16,000 books to choose from including adult genres both fiction and nonfiction, a wide selection of mysteries and westerns, and a fun children's section with juvenile fiction and nonfiction. We also have a large selection of puzzles that are free to check out.

We have 3 computers for public usage with word, excel, internet browsing, etc. Copies and print outs can be purchased for $0.20/sheet.

Our genealogy room has microfilms dating back to late 1800's, family history books of Schuyler County, yearbooks, obituaries, and newspapers dating back to the 1930's. 

Our book sale shelves are full and the sale is ongoing.  The cost is $0.25/book or fill a bag for $2 unless we have a special running. 

We provide lots of fun activities on a regular basis and they can be found here on the website or ask for a schedule in person. 

Our library patrons have the ability to access books, audiobooks, DVD's and other items from other libraries using Missouri Evergreen. These items will be delivered to our library for patrons to pick up and check out.
